Thank you for shopping with JN 10:16. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive the highest quality product possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Please note that during product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 Business Days
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, JN 10:16 may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
JN 10:16 is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We'll review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
International Shipping
At this time, JN 10:16 ships within the United States only.
